
“I decided to get a personal trainer because of lack of consistency in my personal workout regime and to learn the proper way to get in shape, lift weights, and strength training. I was feeling overweight and just a general lack of consistency in my workouts, lack of motivation, lack of self confidence were all reasons that I decided to get a professional personal trainer.
