What a week it’s been.
Just back from L.A. Monday, and moved appartments Wednesday!
Phew!
Heading into the what’s shaping up to be one of the warmest and most beautiful Easter weekends in recent memory I’d like to share something that inspired me…

These were just two of the great speakers we saw at the course last week.
This is so in line in what we teach here at Evolution Fitness.
There will never be a perfect time for you to succeed with your fitness program.
There will always be another long weekend, holiday, social occasion, or busy work week.
Life comes at you fast, things will never line up perfectly for you.
Take some action – any action.
Make corrections if necessary, keep trying to learn and improve, and never give up.
Most of all, don’t be afraid to make mistakes, it’s how you learn.
Your health, your energy, and feeling good about yourself is job #1 in life…
…after that, everything just falls into place.
