I hope you had a great Valentine’s Day and Family Day weekend.

Apart from the cheat meal (a great part of the personal trainers Toronto nutrition plan) I had at Cafe Demetre that contained enough sugar to put a polar bear in a diabetic coma, most of the excitement was over the weekend was the start of the Olympics, and there were some pretty awesome and inspiring moments already!

I’ll never forget watching men’s moguls Sunday, and Alexandre Bilodeau’s HUGE Gold Medal victory!!!

The Olympics are always full of great sporting achievements, but what I love most about it is just the sheer amount of HEART these athletes have.
